Handling employment applications in Garoon and adding users to Google Workspace for new hires can be cumbersome.
Additionally, as the number of new hires increases, the need for applications and user additions may increase, potentially burdening the person in charge.
With this flow, once the employment application workflow is approved in Garoon, the addition of employees to Google Workspace can be automated.
Based on the employment application information in Garoon, you can add users to Google Workspace, reducing workload and streamlining the onboarding process.
■Notes
・Please integrate Yoom with both Garoon and Google Workspace.
・Google Workspace is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the flow bot will result in errors, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are usually restricted.
・Triggers can be set to activate at intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
・Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
