With this flow, when a report is registered in cyzen, a summary notification is automatically sent to Microsoft Teams, allowing for prompt report review and smooth follow-up.
■Notes
・Please integrate both cyzen and Microsoft Teams with Yoom.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has plans for home use and general business use (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
・Triggers can be set at intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
