◼️Overview
When an application is approved in Jobcan Workflow, a new user is automatically registered in Google Workspace.
After registration, you can also send an email to the user account in Google Workspace.
Please utilize this for onboarding new employees.
◼️Setup Instructions
1. Integrate each of the Jobcan and Google Workspace apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Select the trigger in Jobcan and set up the linked account and other settings.
3. Select "Get Detailed Information of Employment Application" in Jobcan and set up the linked account and other settings.
4. In the "Add New User" operation in Google Workspace, set optional information such as username and initial password based on the information obtained from Jobcan.
5. The flow bot will start, and a new user will be registered in Google Workspace based on the application approved in Jobcan.
◼️Notes
・It is necessary to set up account information for integration in the operations of each app.
・Please replace the Google Workspace setup information with any desired values.
・Google Workspace is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the flow bot will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a two-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use apps that are subject to restrictions.
