When a record in the Yoom database is updated under certain conditions, a task is automatically added to Asana using the database information.

For example, when a column called "Status" changes to "Order Received," a task can be added to Asana.

You can freely customize task information such as deadlines and assignees.‍

◼️Setup Instructions‍

1. Connect Asana and Yoom. (My App Integration)

2. Set a trigger in the Yoom database for "when a record is updated to match certain conditions," and configure the target database, table, and activation conditions.

3. In Asana's "Add Task" operation, set task information such as task name, description, and deadline based on the information retrieved from the Yoom database.

4. Once the trigger is set, a new record added to the database will automatically add a task to Asana.‍
