◼️Overview
Automatically send notifications to a specified Chatwork room when a task is completed in Asana.
You can automatically expand Asana information without accessing the chat.
The notification content and the Chatwork room to which it is sent can be freely customized.
◼️Setup Instructions
① Select Asana from the app trigger, configure the following settings, and test and save.
・Action: Select when a task in a specific project is completed.
・Trigger Interval: Set to 5 minutes.
・Workspace ID: Select the workspace ID where the target task is located from the options.
・Project ID: Select the project ID where the target task is located from the options.
② Press the + mark, select Chatwork from the operations to integrate with the app, and configure the following settings, then test and save.
・Action: Send a message
・Room ID: Select the ID of the room you want to send to.
・Message Content: Use the output obtained in ① to set the message as desired.
