Once the contract is finalized in CloudSign, the record information in the specified Notion database will be updated.

Use this for updating statuses and contract conditions, among other things.‍

◼️Setup Instructions‍

1. Connect both the CloudSign and Notion apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)

2. In Notion's "Update Database" operation, search for the target record based on the contract information obtained from CloudSign and update the values.

3. Change the Notion settings (target database and properties to be modified) to your desired configuration.‍

・It is necessary to link both CloudSign and Notion accounts.

・Change the settings information of Notion's operation to your desired values.

・The name of the contracting party registered in CloudSign must match the company name registered in Notion.
