◼️Overview
When the status of a document in freee Sign is completed, a notification is automatically sent to the specified Slack channel.
The content of the notification and the destination Slack channel can be customized.
◼️Setup Instructions
1. Connect both the freee Sign and Slack apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Set the Webhook URL, which can be obtained with the "When the document status changes" trigger in freee Sign, as the Webhook destination in freee Sign.
3. In Slack's "Notify Slack" operation, configure the linked account, destination channel, and message content.
4. When the document status is completed, the flow bot is activated, and a notification is sent to the specified Slack channel.
◼️Notes
・Integration settings with accounts are required for both freee Sign and Slack.
・Replace the channel ID and notification content for the Slack destination with your desired values.
・You need to be on a plan that allows the use of Webhooks in freee Sign.
