■Overview
When a new contact is registered in HubSpot, a notification is sent to a designated chat room in Chatwork.
The content of the notification message can be freely set.
■Setup Instructions
・Integrate HubSpot and Chatwork with Yoom. (My App Integration)
・Select "When a new contact is registered" as the trigger in HubSpot and set up the integrated account.
・In Chatwork's "Notify Chatwork" operation, set up the integrated account, the destination room, and the message content.
・You can include contact information obtained from HubSpot in the message.
・When the trigger is turned ON, a notification containing the information will be sent to the specified Chatwork room when a new contact is registered in HubSpot.
■Notes
・It is necessary to set up account information for integration in each app's operation.
・Please replace the Chatwork room ID for the posting destination with a value of your choice.
