■Overview
This feature automatically sends emails using Outlook when a record is updated in the Yoom database.
You can freely customize the recipient address, sender name, subject, and body.
■Setup Instructions
1. Integrate both the Yoom database and Outlook with Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Set up the desired database or table with the trigger "When a record is updated."
3. In the Outlook "Send Email" operation, configure the recipient email address, subject, body, etc., based on the information obtained from the Yoom database.
4. When a record is updated in the relevant database, the flow bot is activated, and an email is sent to the specified email address.
■Notes
・Integration settings with the Outlook account are required.
・Please replace the email content with any desired values.
・An email is automatically sent when a record update is detected.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
