■Overview
Automatically send emails using Outlook when a new record is created in the Yoom database.
You can freely customize the recipient's address, sender's name, subject, and body.
■Setup Instructions
1. Connect each of the Yoom database and Outlook apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Set the target Yoom database with the trigger "When a record is newly created."
3. In the Outlook operation "Send an email," set the recipient's email address, email subject, body, etc., based on the information obtained from the Yoom database.
■Notes
・Integration settings with the Outlook account are required.
・Please replace the email content with any desired values.
・When the creation of a record is detected, an email is automatically sent.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
