‍When a record is registered in kintone, a new Google Workspace account is issued using the information registered in kintone.

The account name and password settings can be freely customized.

By adding operations after issuing the account, it is also possible to send the created account information to employees via email.

‍■Setup Method

・Please integrate with Yoom for both kintone and Google Workspace. (Register My Apps)

・Set the Webhook URL, which can be obtained from the "When a record is registered" trigger in kintone, as the Webhook destination URL for the corresponding kintone app.

・In the Google Workspace "Add New User" operation, configure the settings based on the information obtained from kintone.

‍■Notes

・It is necessary to have the information required for Google Workspace registration (such as last name, first name, email address) registered in the kintone app.

・There may be a slight time lag between registering a record in kintone and the flow bot being activated.

・Google Workspace is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the flow bot will result in errors, so please be careful.
