Extract specific strings from emails containing inquiry content using AI functionality, add them to a spreadsheet, and notify the chat accordingly.

■Creation Method

① Select the mail trigger from the triggers and set it as follows.

・Enter any address for receiving and set the trigger conditions.

・Send a test email that matches the actual inquiry format and meets the trigger conditions to the address you set once.

・Return to Yoom, conduct a mail test, and save once you confirm the receipt of the email.

② Press the + mark under the trigger, select the operation to manipulate and transform data, set the following, test, and save.

・Conversion Type: Extract Data (2 tasks)

・Target Text: Embed the output obtained in ① like {{body}}.

・Items to Extract: List the inquiry items. ex: Company Name, Person in Charge, Email Address, Inquiry Content, etc.

・Additional Items to Extract: Obtain the following by default. If you want to add other values, please enter the items additionally.

③ Press the + mark, select the spreadsheet from the operation to manipulate the database, and set the following.

・Action: Add Record

・Spreadsheet ID: Select the spreadsheet ID of the spreadsheet where you want to add records from the options.

・Spreadsheet Tab Name: Select the target sheet from the options.

・Table Range: Select the range including column names (headers). ex A1:E etc.

・Values to Add as Records: Select and embed values corresponding to the displayed column names from the output obtained in ②.

④ Select Slack from the operation to integrate with the app and set the following.

・Action: Send a Message to Channel

・Channel ID to Post: Select the specified channel ID from the options.

・Message Content: Enter any message. You can also embed content obtained in ②.

※AI operations are available only in the Team Plan and Success Plan. In the case of the Free Plan and Mini Plan, the operations set in the flowbot will result in an error, so please be careful.

※Paid plans such as Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI functions (operations).
