■Overview
When a response is submitted to the Yoom form, applicant information is added to HubSpot for customer management.
For already registered users, customer status updates can also be automated.
■Preparation
・Pre-registration (integration) with the app you plan to use is required. The following is a reference guide for integration.
※There may not be a detailed guide available for apps that can be integrated simply.

■Creation Method
① Select the form trigger, configure the following settings, and save.
・Each question item: Set necessary question items such as name, contact information, address, and prize information for the application form.
・Acquired values: You can input demo values on the next page. Please enter demo values as they will be used in the subsequent test.

② Press the + mark under the trigger, select HubSpot from "Integrate with App," configure the following settings, and test and save.
・Action: Search for contact
・Search keyword: Enter the keyword to search for the contact. You can also embed the address obtained in step ①. (Embed the output)

③ Press the + mark, select the branching operation, configure the following settings, and save.
・Operation: Select the HubSpot operation from step ②.
・Output: Select the contact ID obtained in step ②.
・Condition: Set to "Output is not empty."
・Value: Leave it blank.

④ Press the + mark on the non-empty route, select HubSpot from "Integrate with App," configure the following settings, and test and save.
・Action: Update contact custom property
・Contact ID: Embed the contact ID obtained in step ② as {{Contact ID}}.
・Internal name of the property to update: Check and paste the internal name of the custom property in HubSpot.
・Value: Enter any value. This example updates users who have applied more than twice to "Royal Customer."
⑤ Press the + mark, select Slack from "Integrate with App," configure the following settings, and test and save.
・Action: Send a message to the channel
・Channel ID to post: Click the field and select the channel you want to send from the displayed options.
・Message: Enter any message. You can also embed values obtained in step ① as shown below.

・Action: Create contact
・Required items: Basic items such as name and address obtained in step ①
・Internal name of the property to update: Check and paste the internal name of the custom property in HubSpot.
・Value: Enter any value. This example updates users who have applied more than twice to "Royal Customer."
