- Finally, select Microsoft Teams as the operation and set the action to “Send a message to a channel.” Configure it to notify the specified channel with the interview question suggestions generated by AI.

■Customizing This Workflow
- In the Google Forms trigger settings, specify the form ID where candidate information will be submitted.
- For the text generation operation, customize the prompt to define the length and focus of the generated questions, and specify the language for the output.
- For the Microsoft Teams operation, specify the team ID, channel ID, and the exact message to send, such as including the AI-generated question suggestions as a variable.

- Note that the shortest available trigger interval varies by plan.
