◼️Overview
When a task is added to Backlog, it will notify the specified Microsoft Teams channel.
The notification content can include the task's title, description, and more.
◼️Setup Instructions
1. Connect both Backlog and Microsoft Teams apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Select the trigger "When a task is added to Backlog" and configure the linked account and project.
3. In Microsoft Teams, set up the operation "Send a message to a channel" by configuring the linked account, destination chat room, and message content.
4. You can customize the message content based on the task information retrieved from Backlog.
5. Finally, turn ON the flow bot trigger.
6. As a result, when a task is added to Backlog, a notification will be sent to the specified Microsoft Teams channel.
◼️Notes
・It is necessary to configure the account information for integration in each app's operation.
・Feel free to replace the Microsoft Teams posting destination and notification text with any desired values.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both personal and general business plans (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
