This flow extracts information using AI from new emails received in Outlook and adds the extracted content as tasks in Backlog.

It can be used by forwarding emails from Outlook, Gmail, etc., or by sending emails directly to Yoom's email address.

Feel free to change the additional items in Backlog and the text extraction items from emails as needed.

・Please integrate Yoom with both Outlook and Backlog.

・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.

・AI operations are functions (operations) available only in the Team Plan and Success Plan.

・In the case of the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations of the flow bot you have set will result in an error, so please be careful.
