Intercom can centralize interactions with customers, making responses more efficient.
However, when issues arise during interactions that need to be added as tasks, registering them separately in a task management tool can be cumbersome.
This template allows you to add conversation information from Intercom as tasks in Backlog, enabling seamless task addition.
Since manual task addition is unnecessary, task management can be conducted more efficiently.
Additionally, by integrating with chat tools, tasks added to Backlog can be quickly shared among team members.

・Please integrate both Intercom and Backlog with Yoom.
・You can select the trigger activation interval from 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
・Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
