■Overview
This is a flow that adds ticket information to Microsoft Excel when a ticket is created in Chat Plus.
With Yoom, you can connect apps without programming, making it easy to implement this flow.
■Recommended for
1. Those who use Chat Plus for business
・Those who use Chat Plus for customer or internal inquiries
・Those who want to reduce the hassle of manual data entry
2. Those who use Microsoft Excel for business
・Those who manage ticket information with Microsoft Excel
・Those aiming to speed up follow-ups and analysis of inquiries
■Benefits of using this template
When handling customer or internal inquiries with Chat Plus, manually registering information into a database when converting cases that are difficult to respond to immediately into tickets is inefficient.
By utilizing this template, ticket information can be automatically reflected in Microsoft Excel, making it easier to grasp new tickets and perform data analysis smoothly. It also helps prevent transcription errors and omissions in registration.
■Notes
・Please connect both Chat Plus and Microsoft Excel with Yoom.
・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business), and if you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
