■Benefits of using this template
Google Forms can be used as input forms for surveys and seminars, contributing to the collection of customer information.
However, if you manage Google Forms responses with a CRM tool, manual data entry each time is time-consuming and inefficient.
Additionally, if there are many responses to Google Forms, there is a risk of data duplication or data entry omissions.
By using this template, you can automatically register the responses submitted to Google Forms into Airtable, which you use as a CRM tool.
Since the registration of customer information into Airtable is automated, data registration becomes accurate, and management tasks can be streamlined.

・Please connect both Google Forms and Airtable with Yoom.
・For information on how to obtain responses when using Google Forms as a trigger, please refer to here.
・You can select the trigger interval from 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
・Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
