■Overview
This is a flow where when there is an inquiry via Google Forms, the response content is created with Dify and notified to Slack.
With Yoom, you can easily achieve this flow without the need for programming, as it allows for integration between apps.

Checking customer inquiries via Google Forms and considering response content is time-consuming and labor-intensive.
Moreover, if there are many inquiries being handled simultaneously, there is a risk of duplicate or missed responses.
In this flow, you can create response content with Dify for inquiries from Google Forms and notify it to Slack.
By creating response content with Dify, you can shorten the time spent considering responses and improve the speed of customer service.
Additionally, since the response content is notified to Slack, you can quickly check the content and smoothly reply to customers.
