If you have a Microsoft 365 Business plan, you can create a Teams meeting schedule from Google Calendar. While Google Calendar users have Google Meet for online meetings, there may be cases where Microsoft Teams is used due to company policies or the preferences of the other party. In such cases, this flow is convenient for hosting online meetings.

When a new message is posted in Microsoft Teams, this flow adds a task to Backlog based on the content of the message. You don't need to manually check new messages, as tasks are automatically added to Backlog, preventing any gaps or omissions in information management.
