◼️Overview
Issue a Zoom meeting URL from the Yoom database and send it to the specified email address.
The content of the Zoom meeting and email to be issued can be created based on the information registered in the Yoom database.
A Gmail account is used to send emails.
◼️Setup Method
1. Integrate each of the Zoom and Gmail apps with Yoom. (My App Integration)
2. Set any database or table with the trigger "Select Record and Launch".
3. In the Zoom operation "Create Meeting", configure settings based on the information obtained from the Yoom database.
4. In the Gmail operation "Send by Email", change the settings for any email content and recipient.
◼️Notes
・Please register customer information, etc., in the Yoom database for use.
・Integration settings are required for both Zoom and Gmail accounts.
・Please replace Zoom settings and email content with any desired values.
