This flow creates a new conversation in Intercom, generates a response using Dify, and notifies Slack.
With Yoom, you can easily achieve this flow without any programming, enabling seamless integration between applications.

In customer support operations, considering and inputting responses to customer inquiries can be time-consuming and cumbersome.
Additionally, when the number of inquiries becomes overwhelming, there is a risk of delayed responses, potentially leading to decreased customer satisfaction.
With this flow, when a conversation is created in Intercom, a response based on the conversation content is automatically generated in Dify and notified in Slack.
Since the response can be created in Dify, the person in charge can quickly proceed with customer interactions by checking the content notified in Slack.
