■Overview
This flow creates a new conversation in Intercom, generates a response in Dify, and notifies Discord.
With Yoom, you can easily achieve this flow without any programming, enabling seamless integration between apps.

■Benefits of using this template
When there are many customer inquiries, creating responses tailored to each inquiry can be time-consuming and may risk delayed responses.
Additionally, customer support may become complicated, leading to a desire for more efficient handling.
With this flow, when a conversation is created in Intercom, a response is automatically generated in Dify and notified in Discord.
This allows for seamless response creation for each inquiry, eliminating the need for manual creation and facilitating smooth business operations.
