This flow notifies Microsoft Teams with the response content created by Dify whenever a ticket is created in Re:lation.

In daily customer support, when there are many inquiries, there is a concern about missing or overlooking responses.
Additionally, if the response to tickets is delayed, there is a risk of decreased customer satisfaction.
With this flow, when a ticket is created in Re:lation, the response content can be automatically generated by Dify and notified to Microsoft Teams.
Since the response content of tickets created in Re:lation is aggregated in Microsoft Teams, it allows for information sharing among teams and visualizes the progress of responses.
Moreover, by preventing missed or overlooked responses to created tickets, you can enhance customer satisfaction.

・Please integrate Yoom with Re:lation, Dify, and Microsoft Teams respectively.

・Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.
・Triggers can be set to activate at intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
・Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
