■Overview
When new employee information is submitted through a specific form, a flow is set up to automatically create an employment contract and register it in the office station.
■Setup Method
・Set up a form to input the necessary new employee information using a form trigger.
・In the document issuance operation, specify the template for the employment contract, as well as the storage location and file name for the issued document.
・In the operation to send an email, specify the recipient using output embedding and set up the email body.
・Integrate with the office station and app, and set up the information you want to register using the "Register Employee Ledger" action.
・In the "Add Record" action of the operation to manipulate the database, set up the information you want to register in the database.
