This flow issues a certificate of employment using SmartHR information and notifies Microsoft Teams.
By using a trigger with a Chrome extension, you can directly activate the trigger from SmartHR.
With Yoom, you can easily achieve this flow without programming, as it allows for integration between apps.

When issuing a certificate of employment based on SmartHR information, manual transcription is cumbersome.
Additionally, after issuing the certificate, content verification and correction are required, which can take time to complete.
With this flow, you can quickly issue a certificate of employment by activating the Chrome extension trigger from the SmartHR employee page.
After issuing the certificate, it is notified to Microsoft Teams, allowing timely sharing with employees.
