・Those aiming to improve development environment efficiency
2. Companies using Zendesk for customer-related task management
・Those who manage tasks using tickets
■Benefits of using this template
Github is a tool that can visualize tasks using issues and improve work efficiency.
By also registering tasks in Zendesk, you can prevent task omissions.
However, manually registering in Zendesk when an issue is created on Github is cumbersome and takes time away from core tasks that should be focused on.
By using this flow, information on issues registered in Github is automatically registered in Zendesk.
This eliminates the need for manual input and avoids the risk of human error by quoting and registering information.
By allocating the time previously spent on manual tasks to other tasks, it leads to improved productivity for the entire team.
