■Benefits of using this template
Depending on the content of the application submitted via kickflow, there may be cases where you need to request a response from a person in another department.
In such cases, it is necessary to communicate the application details via chat tools or verbally, which can be time-consuming and inefficient for each request.
With this flow, when an application is submitted via kickflow, a task can be automatically added to Zendesk, allowing for speedy coordination of response requests to other departments.
By automatically adding tasks to Zendesk, you can immediately grasp the subsequent tasks according to the application content, enabling smooth progress in handling them.
Additionally, by integrating with chat tools, you can notify any designated person of the task addition to Zendesk.

・Please integrate both kickflow and Zendesk with Yoom.
・Zendesk is an application available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections set in the flow bot will result in errors, so please be cautious.
