When an application is submitted via Google Forms, it is automatically recorded in a Google Spreadsheet and a notification is sent to Slack.
■Overview
When a Google Form submission is sent, the response content is automatically registered in any Google Spreadsheet and notified to any Slack channel.
It can be applied to various uses such as surveys and inquiry forms.
■Setup Method
1. Connect each of the Google Form, Google Spreadsheet, and Slack apps with Yoom. (My App Connections)
2. Set the form ID with the trigger "When a form response is submitted" and run the test.
3. Once the test is successful, you can obtain the form response information. Select the information you want to retrieve from the response information using the [+] button and store it in the output.

4. Use the "Operate Database" operation to add the retrieved information to the spreadsheet with the action to add a record to the Google Spreadsheet. Set it by matching the columns set in the spreadsheet with the read items.
5. Use the Slack "Send a message to a channel" operation to set the extracted information to be sent to the specified channel.
