When handling customer inquiries manually, it takes time to check inquiries and create responses, and the more inquiries there are, the lower the operational efficiency.
In this flow, a response draft is automatically generated in Dify when a Zendesk ticket is created and notified to Chatwork.
Manual work is reduced, streamlining inquiry handling.
The person in charge can review the content before presenting it to the customer, allowing for modifications if necessary.

・Please integrate Zendesk, Dify, and Chatwork with Yoom.
・Zendesk is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. For Free Plan and Mini Plan, the operation and data connection of the set flow bot will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. You can use restricted apps during the free trial.

・Triggers can be set to activate at intervals of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
