1. Integrate both the Yoom database and Gmail with Yoom. (My App Integration)

2. Set the desired database or table with the trigger "When a record is updated".

3. In the Gmail "Send Email" operation, configure the recipient email address, subject, body, etc., based on the information obtained from the Yoom database.

4. When a record is updated in the relevant database, the flow bot will activate and send an email to the specified email address.
